Annotation

The purpose of the research was to develop the research basis of training students for realization of managerial functions in the educational (training) process. The researchers conducted an experimental study in Tatar State Humanitarian-Pedagogical University, its branches and Surgut State University resulting in the development and approval of the model of training students for realization of managerial functions in the educational-training process. The model serves the basis for the study process organisation. The studies prove that the knowledge of pedagogical management would make a considerable positive impact on the quality of teacher’s vocational training.
