Annotation

The article reveals the nature of the teacher’s readiness for didactic interaction with students, traces back the history of development of the notion ‘readiness’, formulates its detailed definition concerning didactic interaction of a teacher with students. The author considers the problem in connection with the study of the components of the teacher’s readiness for didactic interaction with students, personality oriented professional training of the teacher, study of motives helping to develop the teacher’s readiness for didactic interaction with students, as well as conditions enabling to prepare the teacher for didactic interaction with students.
