Annotation

This article considers the role of leisure activities in the process of developing social skills of children with severe strokes of children’s cerebral paralysis by means of theatrical activities and also the development of creative abilities and personal self-realization. The article presents methods of teaching theatrical activities depending on the level of communicative activities of children and the importance of involving parents into this work. The author describes main forms and methods of developing leisure culture of preschool children with children’s cerebral paralysis through theatrical activities, the implementation of which will expand the ability of correctional and educational process and promote creation of conditions for social adaptation of children of this category.
