Annotation

The information society being formed now demands reconsideration of those processes which occur in space and time of human life. Under these conditions information safety starts to play a key role in maintenance of the vital interests both of a separate person and a state as a whole. The article based on the research proves that informational safety, as well as other kinds of safety (economic, psychological, personal, etc.), depends entirely on the human factor, person’s ethics.
