STUDENTS’ ROLE IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENTS

Annotation

The article is devoted to a problem of quality management of educational process in higher education establishments. One of debatable administrative mechanisms – attraction of students to estimation of teaching quality is considered. The author describes foreign and domestic experience of students being in a position of experts, estimates its risks and prospects as well as potential of increase of students’ role during quality management of educational process in institutes of higher education.
