«PRIORITY DEVELOPMENT» CONCEPT AS IDEOLOGICAL STRATEGY OF EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT IN MODERN SOCIETY

Annotation

The article reveals concept «priority development» as ideology for education development in modern society. Characteristic features of priority development model which results in transforming way of thinking are considered by the author. The article gives detailed description to preconditions of priority development including the following ones: continuity, fundamentalism, information technologies, use of «high» pedagogical technologies focused on development of creative abilities of the person, innovative orientation, and quality dominant.
