DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL POTENTIAL BY MEANS OF EDUCATION AND SOCIALISATION IN MODERNISED RUSSIA

Annotation

In the given article current moderisation is considered to be policies pursued by the State and aimed at intensive scientific and technological development of the country and helping Russia reenter the list of the most highly-developed countries. The authors prove that modernization would be impossible without a man, a citizen, a responsible, creative and successful individual motivated to continually work and develop spiritually, professionally, socially and culturally. The article also determines a social and pedagogical environment for development of personal potential, i.e. a system of educational, social, cultural, spiritual, material and information conditions of students’, teachers’ and families’ activities, specially organized by the secondary school and other social institutions, taking into account the requirements of the Federal and State Educational Standards of general education in the context of goals and values of the Russian civil society moderisation.
