THE ROLE OF T.D. URKOVA’S PEDAGOGICAL RESEARCH IN PROFESSIONAL TEACHER TRAINING

Annotation

The article is devoted to the role of pedagogical research in the professional training of elementary national class teachers. The author identifies cognitive components in the structure of professional teacher training and specifies the idea of using pedagogical research in national educational institution in the Republic. This idea involves integration of ethnic, historical, culturalogical, ethnolinguistic, psychological and pedagogical knowledge and teaching methods, as well as personal qualities.
