Annotation

In modern Russia higher education must achieve new hypercompetitive levels, which are characterized by highly developed scientific technologies and innovations as well as globalization of knowledge. Now innovative universities are supposed to meet the demands of the consumers of their educational services. Due to the competitive character of modern higher education innovative universities should strive not only for competitiveness but for hypercompetitiveness. To achieve hypercompetitiveness of educational services it is necessary to implement the system of competitive advantages. It is also urgent to develop the system of temporary competitive advantages corresponding to the demands of modern socio-cultural reality.
