PECULIARITIES OF VALUE, SEMANTIC AND MOTIVATIONAL SPHERES OF TEACHERS IN SECONDARY AND HIGHER EDUCATIONAL SCHOOLS
Annotation
Study of peculiarities of value, semantic and motivational spheres of secon dary and higher educational school teachers is brought into effect in the context of existential approach, according to which a teacher possesses internal reserves for over-coming the phenomenon of professional burnout. Self-actualization is a reserve like that, and it is understood as a set of personality traits, meanings and values of a teacher which can determine personal resistance to negative psycho-physiological states in professional activities. The author also describes significant correlations of indicators of self-actualization, burnout and peculiarities of value, semantic and motivational spheres of identity of the teachers.Key words
