Annotation

The article characterises professional training programmes aimed at developing personal competences, such as initiative, desire to learn and personal responsibility. The author suggests methods of these characteristics evaluation in the context of the company’s values and a version of the programme “Developing Personal Qualities of Private Companies’ Employees”. The article also shows the dynamics of developing employees’ personal qualities in professional training. The article may be interesting for HR experts and Heads of departments.
