Annotation

The article proves the topicality of research on developing teenagers’ need for humanistic self-improvement. The author analyses sources of humanistic selfdevelopment of teenagers and the role of positive influence of integration of moral education and public work. One of the tasks of the research is to determine the most effective methods of pedagogical stimulation of teenagers′ need for self-development. Upbringing of a perfect, humane person is a problem of genuine scientific interest showing new effective ways of developing teenagers’ need for self-development.
