DEVELOPING METHODOLOGICAL CULTURE OF SOCIAL SERVICE EXPERTS

Annotation

The article is devoted to the problem of developing methodological culture of social service experts. The author defines methodological culture as the main activity of an institution and determines professional qualities of social service experts. The article also looks at competences with their instrumental and system characteristics in the development of methodological culture. The programme of experts’ methodological culture development is characterized in the article. The author presents test tasks revealing its level of development. The results of the research into the condition and levels of social service experts’ methodological culture development in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Region – Yugra – are presented by the author.
