Annotation

The article is devoted to the topical issue of the ICT competence development among teachers of various educational institutions in the use of information systems (IS). It clarifies the notion of ICT competence of teachers in the use of information systems (IS) in education and describes the components and levels of its development process. The classification of the IS is used in education to address educational, scientific and administrative tasks. The author also addresses the stages of learning specific IS which forms the basis of professional realization of teachers including constructive, organizational and communicative activities.
