PERSONALITY ORIENTED APPROACH TO TRAINING PERFORMING SKILLS OF A FUTURE PEDAGOGUE-MUSICIAN

Annotation

The article deals with some aspects of musical art that need the use of general pedagogical categories and principles. Famous pedagogues-musicians, such as G. Neigaus, E. Liberman, K. Martinsen, consider some essential problems in music teaching the solution of which needs the expansion of boundaries and professional pedagogical knowledge. System analysis of the given aspects as part of personality oriented education paradigm is important for the choice of a perspective direction leading to the improvement of training quality of a future pedagogue-musician. This analysis is proved essential for the development of methodological grounds of a personality oriented pedagogical technology in music teaching.
