Annotation

The article describes the essence of the architectural school including a wide range of special disciplines (drawing, painting, sculpture). The problem of professional competence development of future architects is discussed. The author defines groups of competence components: cognitive, operational, technological and personal. The article provides the model for developing creative potential of architects as a part of teaching process including technological (forms and methods), diagnostic and result blocks as well as stages of creative potential development of intending architects. Pedagogical conditions of the development of professional competence of architects are also described in detail.
