Annotation

The article is devoted to ethno-cultural tolerance as one of the most important qualification characteristics of the future engineer. The author reveals the contents and structure of the ethno-cultural tolerance of engineering students from the standpoint of modern requirements to the engineering activities, as well as the implementation of a foreign language. The article considers ethno-cultural tolerance of a future engineer as an integral system, the core of which is the ethnic self-consciousness that includes motivational, cognitive, and behavioral components.
