Annotation

This article grounds the relevance of creation of diagnostic methods of library personnel potential. The author emphasizes that evaluation of personnel potential demands the characteristics of its quantitative and qualitative aspects which requires certain diagnostic methods. That means that in this case it would be possible to compare levels of personnel department potential for the stated period of time with different library staffs, to state the influence of particular factors on its general level what will ease the choice of personnel policy and facilitate the effective usage of personnel potential of the library. The author suggests a generalized model of diagnostics methods of library personnel potential.
