Annotation

The article considers concept as a particle of culture in the mental world of a person and the author reveals the concept “pedagogy of culture” by Gunter Otto – one of leading German scientist influencing the development of German pedagogy. The author defines structure and content of the concept taking the concept “pedagogy of culture” as an example; describes architectonics of its experience in development of modern system of German education. The author studies the properties of the concept by using inductive and deductive approaches, original methodological optics, and proves the real existence of so called concepts of culture.
