Problems of vocational education in the works of soviet scholars (1917–1949)

Annotation

The article deals with Soviet scholars` contribution to the development of vocational training theory and practice and the soviet moral education within the first 30 years of Soviet power from the very foundation of New school and up to 1949 when a new period in its history – the transition to universal compulsory 7 year education – began. The author goes into great detail revealing views of A.V. Lunacharsky, P.P. Blonsky, S.T. Shatsky who were among the originators of New Soviet school formation and proves it vital to study Soviet teachers` experience, as the reality of the 30s–50s of the XXth century proved its efficiency.
