Developing Creative Personality by Means of Active Teaching Methods: content Aspect

Annotation

The article is devoted to the issue of developing creative personality in the environment of an institution of secondary professional education. The author analyses content aspect of creative personality development of a college student by means of using active teaching methods basing on the concepts by E.Y.Lerner and F. Williams. Originality, flexibility and productive thinking are singled out as characteristic features of creative thinking. The author pays special attention to the specific character of learners’ thinking process presented as interrelation of five main subsystems: topological, ordinal, metric, algebraic and projective. The author makes the conclusion and considers prospects of further research of the issue under study.
