Annotation

The article features the regional system of e-learning created on the basis of Ulyanovsk State Technical University (USTU). As the situation in the market of educational services is now characterized by fierce competition between professional educational institutions and by changes in number of services rendered, the diversification is getting more and more popular. Diversification is referred to as widening of different kinds of educational services rendered, varied development of educational institutions and carrying out new kinds of activities. The authors convincingly prove that the main direction of educational services diversification in USTU enables to provide financial stability of the university in unfavorable economic environment.
