Annotation

Innovative processes of modern Russian school are aimed at solving some problems caused by cultural challenges to the person himself, requirements of developing his/her human qualities. In this connection, according to the author, actualization of ideas of pedagogical anthropology developing in Russia from the middle of XIX century is in special focus. The article provides the results of studying development and implementation of anthropological ideas concerning understanding of a child as the backbone of pedagogical process.
