Annotation

The article deals with various models of vocational pedagogical training (projective model, cultural-educational model, continuous pedagogical education). The author gives detailed analysis to their possible effect on maintaining high quality of pedagogical education and creating conditions for professional-personal selfrealization of students. The author considers the strategy for improving the quality of vocational pedagogical training as the process providing professional-personal self-development of students.
