Annotation

The author of the article, basing on ideas of some scholars, considers the principles and approaches, defining structure and ways of the organization of the required educational environment of vocational training of officers in internal armies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. System integration of va rious approaches assumes synthesis of their principles and leading ideas, avoiding excessive duplication and possible contradictions; it allows using certain advantages of each separate approach and simultaneously eliminates a number of restrictions peculiar to it.
