GLOBALIZATION AS THE FACTOR OF INNOVATIONS IN PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Annotation

The article considers high priority of innovations in education sphere aimed at solving social problems. Key issue of the given research is globalization referred to as the factor and context of innovative processes in education or, as it has become customary to call this phenomenon over recent years, globalization of education. The author touches upon some aspects of globalization in education, such as challenges of globalization in connection with values arising in educational sphere, concepts and transformation of educational institutes and systems. The author makes an attempt to describe implementing positive scenarios of globalization both into the sphere of pedagogical education and into development of Russia as a whole.
