Annotation

The article is devoted to the problem of formation of pedagogical culture phenomenon in the context of regionalisation and modernization of the higher education. The article reveals the conflicts characterized by poly-paradigmatic processes in regional educational complex formation as a factor of a teacher’s pedagogical culture development.
