Annotation

Changes in social and cultural conditions and strong legal background of state policy in the field of education of the last ten years have allowed us to analyze the situation in the field of pedagogical education by correspondence, as the author puts it. The contradictions revealed showed the necessity to create the concept of strategic self-management in pedagogical education by correspondence. In the given concept the author focuses on subject approach - the teacher under new conditions is encouraged to develop his/her own new knowledge, acquire technologies with the purpose of successful self-realization in professional work if the regional policy in the field of education is supported by stimulating performance-related payments and favorable educational environment.
