Annotation

The article proves the necessity of innovative stage-by-stage preparation of experts for the sphere of tourism under conditions of higher school of the remote subject of the Russian Federation (exemplified by Kamchatka region). The author isolates the basic components of modern vocational training of experts in the tou rist industry, states their role for future professional work. The article touches upon pedagogical principles of innovative preparation of experts in sphere of tourism: principle of «cultivation» of a future expert; principle of accumulation of life values related to tourism; principle of enrichment of subjective experience by means of developing culture of a traveler.
