Annotation

The article raises some questions of preparing future teachers on the basis of self-organization principle in cultural-educational space of university. The author considers some problems of creating scientific educational-technological centers in cultural-educational space of university. The article also dwells on forms of work of such centers being system-forming elements in innovative activity of university aimed at improving quality of professional training of pedagogical staff.
