Annotation

The article deals with becoming and development of county schools in Russia. Its systematizing role in becoming and development of a modern regional education system as factor of modernization of rural school is shown. The author pays special attention to value-notional landmarks of modern rural school and ways of its reforming. Taking into account general importance of county education system and also its role in providing dynamical development of municipal educational system, the article outlines main directions of educational process improvement in rural school, promoting education of a culture person, capable of becoming efficient owner of his ground taking responsibility for its ecological health, processes of village development, revival of national traditions of the Russian peasantry.
