EMPIRICAL RESEARCH OF STRUCTURE AND CONTENT OF SELF-IDEA AND IDEA ABOUT OTHERS IN THE SYSTEM “DOCTOR – PATIENT” ON THE BASIS OF PSYCHO-SEMANTIC APPROACH

Annotation

Psychological features of interpersonal relations between a doctor and a patient were revealed during empirical research carried out on the basis of experimental psycho-semantic approach according to which a person is studied as the system of “individual role constructs” (J. Kell). The author studies identification characteristics of social perception by techniques referred to as repertory and title-related scales. Due to the use of the given methods, the author of the article managed to reveal and give detailed description to models of ideas existing in the system “doctor – patient” as well as models of categorical structures of individual consciousness of doctors and patients. The offered technique allows avoiding conscious distortion of results and is recommended to be used in practical work of doctors.
