Annotation

The article is devoted to the analysis of work safety competences of employees working in construction industry organizations. The article wells on modern requirements to labor safety competence in the organization, from director to simple workers. The article presents core competences in the field of work safety of building organization administrative board. The author provides classification of professional competences of working groups as major criteria of readiness of the personnel for safe work in the building branch. The author draws a conclusion on necessity to arrange in-house training on labor safety.
