Annotation

The article presents the results of the carried out research and is intended for managers, kindergarten tutors, teachers of developing preschool establishments, as well as for teachers, students and post-graduate students of pedagogical higher educational institutions. The purpose of the given research is to reveal the list of pedagogical conditions encouraging cognitive activity of preschool children with the use of new information technologies, to establish logic interrelations between them and special order of their application. As a result, the author describes the developed model of pedagogical conditions encouraging cognitive activity of preschool children by means of information technologies.
