Annotation

The article is devoted to the use of pedagogical education experience in Canada and its positive opportunities for modernization of system of continuous pedagogical education in Russia connected with active role of subjects of educational process at all steps of system of continuous pedagogical education and use of ideas of multi-culturalism concept.
