Annotation

The article is devoted to conceptual bases of strategic development of Pedagogi­cal Institute of North-Caucasian Federal University: preconditions for creating and developing the Institute, its mission, purpose, problems, approaches, basic activity directions, expected results. The concept is created for preparation, retraining and improvement of professional skills of the staff in innovative directions of activity. The offered in the article concept is considered as self-arranging system of innova­tive methods, forms and technologies of training in higher school created on the modern scientific-methodical basis and developing the newest national and foreign interdisciplinary researches.
