Annotation

The article provides the description of theoretical-empirical research into the issue of students’ ideas about personal resources of an individual. The author shows that the problem of studying their structure and substantial characteristics hasn’t got any significant coverage yet. The author feels sure that resources integrate various complexities at the level of structural personality components which cause its success both in educational, professional work and in personal sphere. The article provides the results of ascertaining experimental stage. It is revealed that students’ ideas concerning personal resources differ depending on the stage of professional training. Different ideas of students-bachelors and students taking their master’s course are described. It is revealed that students taking their master’s course have more actualized and integrated ideas about personal resources than students-bachelors.
