PROVIDING FUNDAMENTAL PROCESS OF MASTERING FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE

Annotation

New requirements to language preparation of experts presuppose improvement in the quality of language education in higher school. In the author’s opinion, solution of this problem lies in reforming methods of teaching foreign languages, in particular, in developing, realizing and implementing explicative-communicative techniques and methods of teaching foreign languages. The author of the article treats organization of independent work with active use of multimedia means as the factor for making educational process more intensive, as an attempt to improve the process of teaching foreign languages.
