Annotation
At the present stage of social development, the problems connected with designing the future and estimating achievements of the previous stages are brought into focus. Problems of educating and preparing an individual for life in the new society built on complex balance of interests, have found their pedagogical projection in various educational projects, programs, forecasts, action plans, etc. The new direction of pedagogy - pedagogical prognostics - is being developed but it has not become the subject of scientific reflection of national researchers yet. The State Program of education development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020 states the problems of updating the content of education according to the new requirements of the society and priority directions of science development and innovative technologies. The above mentioned document assumes different approaches to projecting educational process, to the choice of pedagogical strategy and teaching technologies. Hence, devKey words
