DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN SOCIETY AND EDUCATION UNDER CONDITIONS OF THE COUNTRY SAFETY

Annotation

The article is devoted to the questions of globalistic prognostics, such concepts, as “forecasting”, “interrelation between political and socially-psychological conflicts”, “creative and prognostic management”, “universal society”. The authors describe the heart matter of safe, civilized and integrated community in the state that is referred to as: multinational, multicultural, well-educated, health-oriented, competent society in which there is a constant exchange of values and meanings during activity, which can be characterized by good organization, mobility of political, social-economic, legal system connections and dependences with the priority of all-round safety of the country. Laws, principles of the integrated civilized development of the society in terms of safety of the country are formulated.
