CONCEPTUAL GROUNDS OF NEW APPROACHES TO DEVELOPMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL EDUCATION IN EDUCATIONAL REGION

Annotation

The article deals with the conceptual background of new approaches to the development of social education system in educational space of a large city. The article is intended for heads of educational organizations of various level, pedagogical workers, social teachers, researchers of the issues dealing with social education and nurturing. A number of key concepts are considered that make it possible to describe the heart matter and specific nature of an educational system in conditions of modernization of the Russian education. The article provides analysis of educational systems of regional educational organizations in the context of the history and traditions of the city environment. Special attention is given to description the promising program of social education called “Highway of Childhood” that is treated as reflection of innovative search of teachers and scientists.
