THE ROLE OF “LAW CLINIC” IN DEVELOPING MORAL AND LEGAL CULTURE OF STUDENTS (A CASE STUDY)
Annotation
The article deals with theoretical and practical importance of “Law Clinic” in developing moral and legal culture of students. The author describes the results of the experiment which proved that participation of students in “Law Clinic” promotes formation of moral and legal qualities which are necessary both in their future professional and private life. The author states that “Law Clinic” plays a huge role in creation of educational environment in higher school that engages students in moral-legal activity. According to the author, it is one of the important conditions for developing moral and legal culture. It is emphasized that similar organizations are really necessary at modern higher educational institutions.Key words
