STUDENTS’ HEALTH INDICATORS AS EFFICIENCY CRITERION OF HEALTH-PRESERVING ACTIVITY OF SCHOOLS IN THE REGIONAL PROJECT OF THE ROSTOV AREA

Annotation

The pilot project of the Ministry of General and Professional education of the Rostov Region on creation of global health-preserving educational space in the Don region is based on the complex approach to health promotion in the sphere of education. This integrated approach determines the system of health-preserving measures taken in pilot schools. As one of the criteria for estimating the project efficiency, the authors mention students’ health indicators. The article provides analysis of the data that proves interrelation between parameters of health-preserving activity monitoring and functional condition of body systems of students, received during the first year of the project realization (2012/2013). The authors draw conclusions on the influence of the educational setting on the condition of some body systems.
