Annotation
Growing impact of the human factor on safety of flights causes the urgent need to increase the role of nurturing and moral development in higher educational institutions of civilian aviation. The article is devoted to revealing adequate forms and optimum structures of pedagogical influence on development of personalities of cadets in terms of their professional development. The authors provide rationale for the choice of pedagogical assistance forms which influence becoming and development of professionally important qualities of cadets in the relevant way.Key words
