FEATURES OF REGIONAL STRATEGY OF ACTIONS IN FAVOR OF CHILDREN IN ROSTOV REGION

Annotation

The article is devoted to the essence and specific features of regional strategy of actions in favor of children in Rostov Region. Key principles of its realization are mentioned. Special attention is given to the main problems in the sphere of childhood in the region. Children rights are guaranteed by children-rights ombudsman. The main directions of activity of social rehabilitation centers for minors in Rostov Region are specified. They include preventive maintenance of family troubles, neglect and offences of minors, spiritually-moral education of under-aged. Experience of preparation of social teachers at the Faculty of Social Pedagogy and Youth Policy of Southern Federal University is described. The scientific potential of the Faculty and model of professional training for the system of social and pedagogical protection of childhood in the Region is presented.
