PREPARATION OF MASTERS FOR RESEARCH INTO SOCIAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEMS OF YOUTH: THE INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH

Annotation

The article is devoted to the issues of vocational training of experts for work with youth in the system of higher vocational training. Preparation for research activity is one of the problems stated by the Federal State Educational Standard of higher vocational training, direction of preparation “Psychological and Pedagogical Education”. The article covers experience of developing research competences of students in the master's program in “Pedagogy and Psychology of Work with Youth”. The author describes some features of the youth environment in modern Russian society. The interdisciplinary approach with reference to formation of research competences of master degree students is revealed. Research competence is presented as integrative quality of a person. Alongside with common cultural and professional competences, the author distinguishes special competence in the field of research activity which allows carrying out researches in view of specific nature of the modern youth environm
