PROFESSIONAL AND SUBJECTIVE POSITION OF STUDENTS OF LAW COLLEGES AS THE FACTOR OF THEIR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Annotation

The problem of formation of professional and subjective position of future lawyers is reflected in the article. Assuming that subjective position of a student, developed in educational process at higher educational institution, becomes the background for successful professionally focused academic activity, the author analyzes features of its formation in students of various years of studies. Criteria and indicators for assessment of professional and subjective position of students are distinguished according to the principles of the differentiated approach. The author comes to the conclusion that the level of professional and subjective position development of most students is not very high because of poorly developed professional consciousness.
