THE SYSTEM OF ARTISTIC AND ESTHETIC DEVELOPMENT (APPLICATION WORK) IN EDUCATIONAL AND REHABILITATION PROCESS OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS

Annotation

The article raises the questions of social and communicative development of challenged children by means of application work. The authors consider some features of mental processes development of children at preschool age; development of tactile sphere, manual dexterity; indissoluble connection between sensory and motor sphere and speech development. The content of graphic activity for development and education of the preschool child with intellectual disorders is analyzed. The article includes a short review of application work as an art and esthetic kind of activity, technique of carrying out game tasks, individual and collective forms of application on various topics. Lesson plans with concrete application activities for children with special educational needs are provided.
