DEVELOPMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL MEDIA-CREATIVITY OF ART AND HUMANITIES TEACHERS IN THE SYSTEM OF ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Annotation

The article deals with the problem of developing creative potential of art and humanities teachers. The heart matter of the concepts “pedagogical creativity” and “media-creativity” is revealed by the author. The term “pedagogical mediacreati-vity” introduced into the theory and practice of professional skills improvement is grounded. Versions and stages of developing pedagogical media-creativity in the course studies are revealed. The author offers the course “Creative constructive activity of a teacher for creation of multimedia educational environment” based on technology of modular training. Features of the multimedia educational environment as means to enhance pedagogical media-creativity of a teacher are proved; ways and modes of work on educational projects are analyzed in the paper.
