Annotation

The problem of education quality has always attracted careful attention throughout the world. In the modern society «education» has become a wider concept which involves social and cultural life conditions determining the cultural values perception by a child or an adult, different kinds of activities as well as the process of knowledge acquisition. In this sense education implies the combination of teaching and learning, development and self-development, socialisation and inner personal development of an individual. The interdependence of the education quality and country development stage is a topical issue in all industrialized countries.
